At TechieMart.shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right with our 7-day return policy.


📦 Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

🧾 Eligible Reasons for Return:

Damaged Product:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please share clear photos or a short video showing the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange for the same product — at no extra cost.

Wrong Product Received:
If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an image or unboxing proof.
We’ll schedule a pickup and send the correct item immediately.

Missing Item in Order:
If your package is missing any item, please reach out to us within 48 hours along with your order number and unboxing video.
We’ll review the case and offer an appropriate resolution.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care & hygiene products (trimmers, razors, skincare, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Innerwear, socks, or undergarments
  • Perishable or consumable goods (foods, supplements, etc.)
  • Any product damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling

Please review product details carefully before purchase.

💰 Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation about your refund status.

If approved:

  • The refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed to your UPI ID or bank account (shared by you).
  • For returns initiated due to customer preference (not defective/damaged), two-way shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

🔁 Exchange Policy

You can also opt for an exchange instead of a refund for eligible items. The replacement will be shipped once the returned product passes our quality inspection.

⚠️ Important Guidelines

  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Refunds will be issued only after inspection and approval by our quality team.
  • TechieMart.shop reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of usage or tampering after delivery.
